He helped a lot with the process, and was very open about info, sending me multiple different pieces of paperwork about the property in advance, etc. so I could better research things and find the one I liked best. He talked extensively on the phone with me many times over a couple weeks, and I learned a lot about land buying in general from those discussions. He was able to offer me a few different parcels to select from in the area I preferred (on the west side of the mountain), and was open and honest about which lots had preferable traits I asked about and which didn’t. The price we agreed on was fair, and lower than the average price for parcels in the area.

This was the best experience in buying land I could hope for! The transaction was effortless, fast and hassle free which was a timely blessing to be sure.
